Refund Policy

The payment for the session will be collected before the start of the sessions. clients will not be allowed to begin the session if the payment has not been made. All payments are non-refundable once the payment is being made. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

We are not providing any refund for our payment received on services provided by us.

  • If the customers makes delay for 30 minutes or more to reached at the session center without any intimation then an amount equal to @25% of total session fees would be charged extra in any case. To avoid the late joining charges, as described, the customer must informed the team on the contact No.9334920142 at least 2(two) hours before the appointment else no re-fund or re-scheduling will be allowed.
  • Further, if the customers will not give his/her presence at the session center after the 15 to 20 minutes of the appointment timings and he fails to take sessions at the appointment center then no amount will not be refunded back to the customer only an amount equal to @25% paid by the customer will be added as cashback in his wallet which may be used in further appointment.
  • Furthermore, the customer is wishes to cancel the appointment or he/she wishes to re-schedule due to any of his personal reason then he/she is required to give atleast 24 hours Notice in advance to us as to it will allows our counsellors to use the time for others.

If any delay has been made for more than 30 minutes as per scheduled time then an amount equal to 50% of the total fees may be deducted by us due to drawback of services

Requests received later than 2 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
